St. Mary’s Church Hegde Nagar, celebrated Children’s Day with a special holy mass presided by the parish priest Fr. Boniface D’Souza OCD. During the mass, the children and Carmel youth of the parish, actively participated through the readings, prayers of the faithful and singing.

In his homily the parish priest emphasized the importance of children in the church and society, reminding them of their unique gifts and God’s love for them.

A delightful magic show was organized for the children after the mass. The captivating performance brought joy and laughter to the children, filling the parish hall with cheerful energy. The children expressed their happiness and gratitude for this memorable event. At the end of the programme, mouthwatering sweets and snacks were distributed.
