The star competition was successfully held on 24th December, at St Mary’s church Hegde Nagar, showcasing the creativity and festive spirit of the participants. The total number of stars displayed was Ten, each reflecting unique designs and themes celebrating the Christmas season.
The event was judged by three distinguished judges and they are Fr. Ivan Sanctis Ocd, Sr. Sarojini from
Ann’s convent, and Mr. Roger Doss a parishioner who evaluated the stars based on creativity craftsmanship, and presentation. After careful deliberation, the winners were announced, and suitable
prizes were awarded to the top entries.
On the 24th of December during the Christmas vigil mass, Fr Provincial distributed the prizes for those
who performed well in the star competition. The vibrant stars added a special charm to the festive
celebrations.
